Bro. Dr. Tony Bolden is a Chicago native and proud Spring 1988 initiate of the Zeta Omicron Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. at the University of Kansas. He is an active and dedicated member of the Xi Chi Sigma Chapter in the Southern Region, where he continues to serve the Fraternity with distinction.

As the Principal and Chief Evangelist of Tony Bolden Enterprises LLC, he leads a consultancy specializing in leadership development through speaking, facilitation, and advisory services. His Fraternity leadership includes serving as Immediate Past Director of Strategic Planning for the Southern Region, Immediate Past International Director of the Sigma Leadership Academy, and currently as Deputy Chief of Staff for Fraternal Development to the 37th International President, Honorable Brother David A. Turner.

With more than 30 years of experience helping leaders solve problems and elevate team performance, Dr. Bolden has built a distinguished career as a Speaker, Trainer, Facilitator, Consultant, and Organizational Behaviorist. He is the author of The 9 Signs of Effective Leadership, Critical Success Factors of Exemplary Sales Leaders, and Letters to Leaders. Bro. Dr. Bolden holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Psychology & Development from American InterContinental University, as well as a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies. He and his family reside in suburban Atlanta, Georgia.
