In celebration of the 68th Annual Western regional Conference (WRC), we are producing a commemorative souvenir journal that will be distributed to all registrants. This landmark event offers a unique opportunity to create lasting memories for you and your loved ones while helping, "Our Cause Speed On Its Way." We strongly encourage all executive board members, chapters, and candidates for office to submit an advertisement for inclusion in the souvenir journal. Proceeds from advertisement sales directly support regional programming.

Show your support, increase sponsorship visibility, and honor the individuals making a difference in your community and within our wondrous band. This publication will be available in both print and digital formats and will feature advertisements, messages of encouragement, and the full 2026 WRC event schedule and agenda.

Our Regional commemorative souvenir journal offers a unique opportunity to showcase your company’s message, products, and services to a wide audience of influential and accomplished African-American men and women who will view your advertisement.

Our attendees are educated professionals, making this a valuable opportunity to connect with potential candidates and recruit for open positions.

Requirements

2026 WRC Ad requirements are listed below:

• All ad submission need to be “ready to print” in .pdf format.
• Any ad that are deemed inappropriate and there will be no refunds.
• Please use Century Gothic 14 pt font for all text in your ad.
• All images/photos need to be in 300 dpi.
• The WRC pubvlishing team reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or editorial deemed inappropriate.
• Payment in Full is required to reserve spacde.
• No cancellations
• All ad submission are due by Wednesday, March 25, 2026

• Inside Front Cover Ad - $300
• Inside Back Cover Ad - $275
• Full Page Ad – $150
• Half Page Ad – $100
• Quarter Page Ad – $75
• Business Card Ads – $50 (Brothers Only; not Chapters)
