Greetings Brothers of the Mighty Western Region!

As we embark on the 107th year of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and prepare for our 2021 Western Region Virtual Leadership Conference, we will do so keeping our commitment to Brotherhood First and foremost on minds. On behalf of the Leadership Conference planning committee, it is with great joy that we extend this official invitation of registration to you. Our event is scheduled to take place on Thursday, March 18, 2021 through Saturday, March 20, 2021 via our regional virtual conference site. The planning committee has been working endlessly, with our Western Region 2nd Vice Regional Director Bro Victor Mikulin and his dedicated Collegiate Leadership Team at the forefront of the planning initiatives, with the ultimate goal of producing an engaging virtual conference. The primary outcome of the 2021Virtual Leadership Conference is to advance our regional chapter leadership teams in the areas of growth, retention and strategic planning starting with our collegiate brothers to our alumni membership as chapters prepare to remain impactful and relevant within their respective communities.

The conference will offer an excellent weekend of traditional collegiate Conclave advancing competitions, professional collegiate and alumni member-led trainings, stellar virtual entertainment initiatives and an introduction to hear the vision of our upcoming Conclave Myrtle Beach candidates. The committee challenges each of its participants to explore our current opportunity of expanding our knowledge and presence within the Western Region holistically thus shifting the inclusive we to another level of being examples of our treasured principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship and Service.
