Sigma Justice Alliance Boot Camp is a collaborative effort between the Center of Policing Equity and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated aiming to bring impactful leadership to the communities that we serve by training our brothers on public safety, education, and social justice while empowering them to lead transformational change in their communities. It will also enable Community Engagement (CE) to activate individuals who are embedded in their communities, have lived experiences, and are directly impacted by these issues to drive this work forward.

- Health-focused: Dr. Candace Williams – "Developing a Health Landscape & Community Asset Mapping"
- Evaluate: Rashad James, J.D. – "Conducting Policy Review"
- Advocate: Jackie Horton – "Organizing and Mobilizing"
- Redesign: Josephine Smedley – "Storytelling: Measuring and Showing Impact"
- Data-driven: Steiner Houston & Dexter Mines – "The What's and Whys of Police Data Limitations"
- Campus Safety and Community Violence Intervention (CV Framework): Cierren Edmondson & Ileana Mendoza – "Tools for Campus Safety
Each session will come with a one-page summary of what was discussed and a recording of the session to refer back to.
These sessions will prepare brothers to take local legislative and advocacy actions in their local communities while bolstering the IMPACT that Phi Beta Sigma has across this country.
