Bro. Julian Heyward, Epsilon Epsilon Sigma Chapter

Bro. Julian Heyward has been a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., since April 22, 1995. He attended the State University of New York at Cortland and became a brother of Phi Beta Sigma through Kappa Xi Chapter | Cornell University. Julian joined the alumni chapter of Epsilon Sigma Chapter | Harlem, NY in 1998 where he served as Director of Bigger and Better Business. Julian carried this role into his next chapter at Epsilon Epsilon Sigma Chapter | Seattle, WA for four more years prior to being elected Vice President in January of 2016, and subsequently assuming the role of President in February of 2017. Bro. Heyward is also a Sigma Beta Club advisor in which all three of his sons are members.

Bro. Heyward is not only a rising star in the fraternity, but a standout in the workplace as well; As an Investment Consultant at Allianz Global Investors, Julian shares timely insights, promotes business-building ideas and provides appropriate investment solutions that address the needs of financial advisors and their clients. Julian was the 2016 recipient of the Heritage Award, an honor given to individuals that represent the firm's philosophies of Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Excellence. He is also a member of the 2017-2019 Advisory Council to Management (ACTM) board and a member of the 2016 President's Club.

Prior to joining the firm, He was a Regional Vice President with Prudential Investments in the Pacific Northwest covering the independent, bank, and RIA channels. Overall, He has 20 years of investment-industry experience.

Julian and his wife have three sons and currently reside in Newcastle, WA; and are members of Kingdom Christian Center of International Ministries.
