Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., Epsilon Epsilon Sigma Chapter | Seattle, WA and Sigma Zeta Sigma Chapter | Tacoma, WA volunteered at the 10th Annual Seattle Urban Games - a free sport, health, and wellness family event that provides a fun environment for youth ages 5 to 22 and their families to learn about living an active, healthy lifestyle.

Participants connected with community resources and programs that build awareness around childhood obesity, the risks and then discussed a few preventative measures to keep our youth more physically engaged.

Activities included indoor/outdoor Olympics-style games, fitness workshops and dance classes, health and dental screenings, athletic physicals, CPR training, cooking demonstrations, healthy treats, health information, and free mammograms.
