Annual Thanksgiving Food Giveaway | November 18, 2017

Theta Gamma Sigma Chapter and members of the Blue & White Family joined forces with Guy Fieri’s Grocery Games for their Annual Thanksgiving Food Giveaway. Guy's Grocery Games donated food, while members of the Blue & White Family drove to Santa Rosa, CA to pick up the Thanksgiving food packages. The food was distributed at Valley High School, the Theta Gamma Sigma Chapter's Adopt-A-School. There were approximately twenty families that participated in the giveaway and received a complete Thanksgiving meal for four.

This was Theta Gamma Sigma's third time partnering with Guy’s Grocery Games and it is our hope to continue to provide support for needy families in the greater Sacramento area. The following chapters of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. also helped in this wonderful event: Omicron Eta | Sacramento State Univ., Lambda Kappa | Univ., of California Davis, Omega Lambda Zeta | Rancho Cordova, CA and Kappa Psi Zeta | Sacramento, CA.
